Do you allow pets?

As much as we love animals, all of our units are pet-free unless it is approved by management. However, official service dogs are welcome.

Is it okay if I smoke if it’s outside?

We have a strict “No Smoking” rule throughout all of our properties. Evidence of smoking in a unit will result in lease termination.

I have a friend/family member that stays with me sometimes. Is that okay?

Visitors are certainly welcome, but anyone that stays more than 14 days out of the month is then considered a resident and has to be added to the lease.

I have a good job, but I don’t make three times the rent monthly. Can I still apply?

We invite everyone to apply to live in our properties. However, we have set requirements of all tenants, and applicants must meet the criteria found here to be approved. If an applicant does not meet all the criteria, they will not be approved.

Do you accept HUD or Section 8?

Unfortunately, we do not accept housing vouchers at this time.
